Cleopatra Mountain Farmhouse
Drakensberg Mountains in the Kamberg Valley near Giants Castle, is Cleopatras Mountain House. From there it was a little less than 30 miles and although the instructions were good, you better do this part of the trip. Cleopatra is highly recommended. Available activities include hiking in the Highmoor Nature Reserve, horse riding, and more.
Hidden in a magnificent Drakensburg Kamberg valley in the mountains near the Giant's castle, you will find Cleopatra Mountain Farmhouse. This deluxe gourmet Mountain Lodge is located 200 km from Durban and 450 km from Johannesburg airport. I was driving to Johannesburg, and the journey took just over 5 hours along the N3 toll road before turning off at Mooi River. From there it was just under 30 miles, and although the signs were good, it is best to make this part of the journey in daylight would be easier to pick up the landmarks, which are intended to directions.Eventually, but I came because it was dark, I could not fully appreciate the beauty of his position until the next morning. I went to the breakfast room where they served a splendid three-course meal for my lead for the day. The chef prepares your meal Cleopatra with the flavor that its main objective and I would say I was not disappointed. In fact, I do not remember the last time I served a good breakfast.
Then it was time to light up the mountain, while the view would be limited. But it was clear enough to see that all those who want to spend some 'time outdoors and enjoy the wonderful food, Cleopatra is highly recommended. Included in this pedestrian Highmoor Nature Reserve, horse riding, stallion horse and local adventures, fishing, helicopter tours, Bushman rock art, Crane, swimming pool, and if you want to go running every day, has more than 180 stations in the Midlands Meander turners wood, ceramic, in order to weevers of cheesemakers, and more. Unfortunately, it was time to move again, and was the last checkout staff to discuss and voice my way of Zulu battlefields.
It was a long day, so I'm in bed before it was heated by an electric blanket and fell asleep.
