Climbing Mount Kinabalu - An Incredibly Accessible Experience

Tourists from all over the world come every year for the city of Kota Kinabalu in an attempt to climb Mount Kinabalu. Kinabalu is located 4095 m above sea level, is the highest mountain between the Himalayas and mountains Jawijaya, Indonesia.
The mountain is very important for the local population. The natives themselves consider to be sacred, says it is inhabited by the spirits of their dead ancestors. Therefore, tourists used to sacrifice the chicken before climbing Mount Kinabalu, hoping they will relieve the mountain spirit. In fact, the form appears the same mountain on its flag. The lives of people in Sabah are in close contact with the mountain. Mesilau villages, and Bundu Kiao Tahan has a tradition of giving instructions for the increases on Mount Kinabalu.
Thousands of tourists come every year, eager to make this memorable ascent. The road is not that hard and equipment are not necessary because the rise is really a journey, only the top, it becomes a bit difficult. In addition, all climbers must be accompanied by a guide who knows the mountain and makes the climb easier. To make things even better, there are cabins for rest and water taps at regular intervals along the path. In the evening you have a place to sleep and where to catch food and hot drinks.
But while climbing Mount Kinabalu is not a difficult or inaccessible, the people go very impressed, and keep those memories for the rest of their lives. So many great things are not always accessible. The ascent of Mount Kinabalu proves; mountains change the lives of thousands of tourists who come to climb each year. While you might be one of them.
