Just 60 miles from Havana, along the Western Highway, is the natural paradise of Las Terrazas. The whole area is protected and you must pay before entering. You can also walk through the ruins of French coffee plantations that stretched across the region after the Haitian Revolution. Cafetal La Unin and Cafetal Buena Vista host two restaurant options in the economy. There is also a service of good food on the beach of San Juan rivers and Bayat. These baths are particularly popular in summer, especially at local and national tourists who love cold water and a barbecue (grill available here, with rustic furniture and utensils that can be booked at the entrance of the complex).
